New Item foundFollow

Hello

I was harvesting in West Sarutabra on the 12th October and come across a strange item from harvesting:

Its called a "Skull Locust". It has no stats as is not Rare or EX. It had a small description that mentioned that these locust devestaed the crops of Sarutabara and that mages named it as a prank.

I cant find any info anywhere about this so if anyone can tell me what its for it will be appreciated. ^^
