hi i'm gonna be getting ffxi for christmas. ;) and i'm either gonna start a taru-taru red mage/summoner or elvaan monk/???. I would like to know whats a good sub job for an elvaan character.

Well, my grand plan is MNK to 18, WAR/MNK to 30, then PAL/WAR. Some good monks subs are MNK/THF and MNK/SAM. But remember, any job/sub-combo is valid. Some are more effective for group, some for soloing. Do what you think is fun.
