I ran into some problems last night and had to hard reset my computer. After doing so, I realized the the map markers are stored on your harddrive therefore, the individual to whom I am supposed to give the coupon too is no longer indicated on my map.
Can anyone tell me to whom I am supposedto turn the coupon over to?

I believe hsi name is Jack of Hearts. Its Jack of Something. If I remember correctly he was standing outside the residental area of Windhurts Walls in the south east corner. If that isn't right check the other residental areas. He is near one of them.
Once you find him, click him once to select him then choose TRADE from the main menu.

He's the "Jack of _____" in whatever area you start in.
In the area where you naturally home spawn, go to the Residental Area, by the Mog House.
Around there, there will be one of those card robot things with the name of "Jack of....", click on him, then open up your menu & trade him the coupon.

Oh so you have to hit the TRADE button I found the jack of hearts but I clicked on him then on items then on adventure coupon but I saw that the "give" button wasn't highlighted. Thanks for clearing that up. also is it the Jack of Hearts because I did find another character named the Jack of Diamonds. Can someone either clear up this mix up or if I were to give the coupon to the wrong person would they give it back and say they don't need that item like in EQ?

The jack that you're told to give the coupon to appears to be based on where you start (which is presumably based on your race choice). IE my Elvaan started in the port, while my Tarutaru started in Windurst Waters. Short version - give the coupon to the Jack of <whatever suit is in the zone you started the game in>.
