what no screen shot of the day? no trivia? whats going on here, bring back old allah.
Having trouble with advance search. Looking for arrows and only one comes up?
Vote is still out on new web page for me. Except for not knowing and looking all over why or how I deleated the left side bar...lol
It seem it willjust take a little getting used to on the tabs. But in the words of Armourcarr "change is good." so if on Zek buy your dye and Change!

I am unable to find spells by level. That was always a nice thing to check on when leveling without having to scour all the towns and spell merchants to see what you could have.
Also, the AA page is one that in my opinion needs to be formatted better as well. To try to find anything is near impossible with this humongous page.
Overall, it is certainly different. If it has all the functions that those of us have been around here forever are accustomed to, it can be OK. But at the moment, too much solid content is either MIA or difficult to comprehend.

To find spells by level. Click database > CLICK on Spells & Skills > Good old Spell Page by level/class.

I don't know what site your using but You don't get a choice of level/class for spells

You will get the old spell list if you click on Spells & Skills and not on the drop down you get during mouseover.
Im also like most others on this form.Why reinvent the wheel? Reminds me of our government. "I'm smartter than you. My way is better."

It's not about reinventing the wheel. It's actually a bad analogy really. Sites redesign themselves all the time. This is the template all ZAM sites are suppose to fall under and allakhazam isn't going to get special treatment because we all like it.
Just because you liked the old one doesn't mean everyone did. I don't care either way in this case, because I don't have problems exploring the new navigation system to find where things are. Seriously some people just cannot adapt. Evolutionary dead enders.

In my many years, most places that have had drop-downs as options meant that you would choose one of those options and not the parent one. Yes, the Spells by level is still there. I just was expecting it to be part of the drop-down area.
At this point though, I still stand by the AA page needing better formatting.

I can't see the page, no scroll bar at the bottom. I miss the last word or two on the page. ??
I hate when things change. Like everything else, I'll get used to it and figure out where everything I liked was moved to.

I cannot get to the spells list as it used to be published. When I go the the database, spells and skills there is no mouseover as you stated, in order for anything to be displayed you have to click on spells and skills then I get Focus and AA. Alla has always been the place that most players in EQ have gone too for research. Sadly this is making the site nearly useless.

These are now back. We never intended them to go away. There was a deadline to meet and I deemed it acceptable that they disappeared for a day.

The dropdown itself was clickable, the 'Spells & Skills'. We've added another item in the dropdown itself that goes to the same place to help some users be able to find it.

It shows up for me. I just went to database 5 seconds ago and was able to bring up level/class.
