when i try to reactivate my old account, it is supposed to take me to the view/edit subscriptions place, but it doesn't, it takes me to a page where it says "registration" and "new account key" and i can't use my old account and i don't want to buy a new version, i want my old account back. i did use the old account name i use to use and the same thing has always happened, someone help please?

also on the my subscription page it doesn't give me the option to view/edit everquest, only the option to add it, like the others, and i don't want to add it i want to reactivate it.

are you using your account name and password? It should then take you the subscription page.
You didnt give your account name password to someone else?
Do you have the disks you first bought?

You may need to call Customer Service, you may have the account name mispelled or something simple. They will ask you your Credit Card # you started the account with, your birthday, ect to prove you are who you say you are. If you have the original CD with the account code that will be handy to speed up the search.

If you have the correct account name and password, then you should log into the SOE website and find the subsription option there. You don't do it by logging into the game anymore.
