I look for flowing thought items here in Alla, however I can't find any. Can someone tell me what they changed"flowing thought to"? or link some flowing thought items.

Flowing Thought is now called Mana Regen.

Is it a focus effect? I can't find it in the list of focus effects. If not, where would I be able to get a list of items with mana regen?

FT is not a focus effect.

These are just a few things I can think of. If you are seriously into it, just go to www.eqrankings.com, pick a level 70 caster, and start clicking their stuff. Also, there is a filter in the bazaar for it, but those items tend to be a bit pricey.

Lastly, dont foget, if you spend a total of 16 (IIRC) AA points, you get innate mana regen, +3.

Actually its 18 aa. 6 in general then 12 in archetype
mental clarity lvl 1--2 aa
mental clarity lvl 2-- 4aa
mental clarity lvl 3-- 6aa

This might not help much. Most of these players will have raid drop gear. Unless you raid it's not something obtainable. Also if you do raid you don't need to look for mana regen items. Mana regen gets maxed pretty easily if you raid. I had a friend asking about mana regen items a while ago. I told him the same thing. He's now raiding the elementals and he agrees that regen just isn't as big of a deal as hp/mana/end and foci on gear. If you raid it will naturally come to you.

Assuming you're a premium AllaKhazam member, you can search for Flowing Thought (aka Mana Regen) items using the Item Search. Under "Effect" select "Any mana regen item".

In the Bazaar, it's listed under stats, all the way down near the bottom.
