Halloween RewardFollow

I have completed every Task including:
Bonecollecter
Dressed-up Halfling
Mippie's Foods
Old man (Trick or Trea)
And then i turned in 1 ticket for my group to do the monster mission for the guy with the Silly Puppet.

After completing these i got yellow text from each (Usually means a character flag)

I noticed Zigan Ribshard (PoK Evil side) says after the key phrase "halflings" At the end of his text he says "Anyways, once you've dealt with them, come see me again. And remember to bring a costume!"

Well he hasnt given me anything even when ive tried multiple shrouds and illusions...

Anyone made it any further? I believe there is a larger reward for completing them all.

I've also heard rumors about an NPC in Qeynos accepting tickets..

the final step with Zigan isn't working yet. the 5 tasks from kithicor aren't flagging properly. there's a link in the Voila soulution to halloween quest thread to the eqlive forums where a developers admits to this. hopefuly they'll fix it soon, like before the halloween events end lol.
