Is there a decent solo site at high levels? 68-70 ?

It depends how you solo. If you need kiting room I am not so sure. I play a 70 Monk and for straight up melee soloing currently the Hole is good AAxp. Down past the "blasted door" or Chardok B. Both current hot zones and both old low HP mobs.

I know several bards and druids who kite Vxed at that level.

I can recommend Vxed. Great zone all to yourself! Just don't get hit - my Druid often dies there lol.
