Using Lucy to Collect ProfileFollow

When I launch item collector ( internet explorer privacy set to lowest) I get decamp fails, weird packet errors and no profile. Any ideas?

I've never been able to get Alla's EQ profiler/Lucy to work. The WoW profiler on the other hand works like a charm. Weird, eh?
