Ok, Im in Qeynos Hills and I keep getting the message:
"Guard Freklin looks around to see if anyone noticed him"
I cant find any NPC listed on the site named Guard Freklin, nor can I find any quests involving him (obviously).
Anyone know what he is for or what he is up to?

Got the same message on Sunday, but didn't see anyone around...
A quick search on the bestiary resulted in: Guard Freklin
He's the giver of the task Sleeping on the Job.

Frelkin was found at the west end of the zone, on a hill, a bit north of the qeynos zone line.
