Error - A timout has occurredFollow

Anyone happen to know what could be causing this error message. I couldn't find any help on EQ live site.

I always leave my computer on overnight...at the character select screen.....and when i come back in the morning, it says Error - A timeout has occured in the box, and im at the login screen....so i think its when your idle at server select or character select screen. Also, seems if your at either the character select, or server select screen, and unplug the internet cord from the computer....after about 15 mins, it says the same message. hope that explains why you are getting the message lol
