The attack delay may also be modified so that zero wouldnt be a problem.. ie. your attack rate could be x / (delay + 1). Just from a programming perspective, zero delay wouldn't neccesarily crash anything.

Was FoH. Was guilded with them at the time. Furor claimed he was reporting it, but him spamming guildchat with, 'NO ONE TALKS ABOUT THIS' and being upset about the loot being changed into the sad exploitation items kind of made me skeptical.
To their credit, got the later first 'real' kill.

I doubt the willowisp could hit even a naked level 70 warrior. Even if it did, the warrior's regen would make the fight last until your account expired. That also assumes the warrior has 2 equipped oops LORE, or has another non-magic weapon or shield in offhand since riposte would otherwise do in the willowisp.
