Just discovered a bug with pets please do a test and report the bug if you find it true. Using a level 28 Air pet, had a Cleric cast Symbol of Ryttan and I caster Elemental Draw, Pet lived with 0% health. Gave the pet 2 Fist of Ixiblat and a Belt of Magi'Kot for an added 350 hp. Healed the pet rebuffed with Symbol of Rytann and casted Elemental Draw with the same results pet lived with 0% health. I then Zoned healed and retested no change. Please do a test and submitt a bug report.

What, exactly, is Elemental Draw and what does it do? How does it compare to, say, my Necromancer and his pet/abilities?

Elemental draw is like a life tap, Pet takes 800 points of damage and the handler gets some added mana regen for 20 min

Oh, wow, it's like a pet Lich! Pretty cool.

Might be specific to that spell, though. I don't think any other classes get that.

Now, if I cast demi-lich and immediately hit 0%hp, that would be something...

His point being that the fists have added HP +50 if I remember right. ELementral draw does a fixed amount of damage. The pet should have had something like 1% HP when it was drawn from with the fists equipped. IE the pet is not getting the stat effect. I'll test it tonite, and let ya know.

Actually I added 350 hp to a pet with about 810 hit points and did 800 damage to it and it still went to 0%

Too much to hope that this patch fixes pets?

Another in the long list of sh[/i]it SoE breaks that wasn't even being worked on. Smiley: banghead

Thanks for the detailed example. I was able to duplicate the problem and we're looking into what's going on so we can get a fix in place.
