Another PoM Re-Vamp?

So I zoned into my old trusty zone today to find the forest void of any animal life, and the castle not shedding any xp.

All the new mobs were Humanoid Bandit types with no faction, and All mobs are indiff.

I killed a chest inside and got no xp.

Sorry if this is old news I haven't been there in awhile.

I went in to check on the All Seeing Eye for my Enchanter epic 1.5 and he wasn't up. He's always up and was on a 2 hour or so respawn. Been checking quite often and the Eye isn't up. Sony wouldn't surprise me if they borked an entire epic quest. It seems pretty common.
