Who do you do the turn into for a Greater Shadowspine Rune?

Where are the turn ins for the minor and regular shadowspine turn ins?
Same guy as greater.
Theese runes are not for DoDh spells however, they will grant you OoW spells. This is only an alternate easier way to get the OoW spells.

Did they cahnge those spells to tradable when they made the new research system?
Why would those runes you have be rotting? They are still good. The new runes in DoDH are just an alternative. You can still turn the ones you have into Karsor the Mad in Dranik's Scar. At least I know where I can possibly get my 70 spells now. Glowing runes are still way to rare of a drop for my taste, and I'd dearly love to have HoC, Mark of Balikor, and Armor of the Pious.
Edit: I read that as you were going to have Muramite runes rotting, not that you had DoDH runes already for the same spells. Lightbulb!

So, I assume from this thread that the runes from DoD is the same as the runes from OoW? They match like lesser, greater, glowing etc? Secondly, where do these runes drop in DoD? Can someone post some of the mob/missions/zones that these runes drop? Thanks.

Runes drop from misc names in all zones.
They are not turned in to the Karsor the Mad in DS, you turn them in to a NPC in undershore.
