Nektulos revamp-mini event?Follow

Zoning into nektulos will get you this:

My curiosity piqued , i look around and find a camp of dark elfs . Five Neriak ritualists surrounding a knocked out King Naythox, with a Queen Cristanos in a tent to the left. Also two empty camps with camp fires.

Hailing the queen gets you:

Also entering her tent , at least for me i recieved this yellow text:
[Fri Sep 09 23:42:16 2005] Wretched beast. Pledge allegiance and bow to me, or be gone before you meet your end!

I con scowling to all these creatures , none attack and you can't attack them. By the way hailing Naythox or the ritualist just get a message saying they are entranced in the ritual and naythox is unconscious.

After i had my hailing fit and trying various quest phrases , i left.Come back the next day , when i zone in i see a few Norraths Keepers <primalist-myrmidion-prelates> and so and so. I follow them were they are running , they end up at the previous camp i found , where there is the empty camp fire camps now filled with dark reign guards. Lvl of the mobs maybe 20s? Anyways the keepers engaged , i followed suit and after killing these mobs over and over nothing came from it. They did not engage the ritualists nor the queen , just the dark reign members.

So its my assumption that this is a type of event that will continue to progress day after day hence the zone in message.
