the tank has a guild tag that is not normal, i dont know how he made it that way, i guess it implies they are using third party software or something.

The person who took the screenshot was using a third party program to alter his view of the guild tag to show <Officer of Guild>. Only the person using the program could see the tag, everyone else just saw <Guild>.
