My warrior uses this for arrows. Just need crystals from an LDoN merchant to use it. I think I bought it for 2K pp awhile back in the bazaar. Haven't seen a tinkered item like this before.

This is very cool. Fortis would like one very much. Not knowing anything about tinkering, can anyone tell me off hand if it is going to be hard for my warrior to farm/buy stuff for these?

Hey Dot, if I can bring you a steady stream of this stuff it might be another source of skillups for your gnome. Smiley: smile

A question on the pouch. Can those barbs be thrown by let's say a monk?

Just to be a smart ***, if you need something that'll hold five stacks of bandages in a single slot, this item will work as well and is much cheaper.

Never really tried, but it is classified as an archery item and they look like arrows when summoned so I would guess no.

Maybe I'll try it out and if not I'll give it to my rogue.

Also is there anything that monks can use to summon throwing items that is easily obtainable? I know there's one that drops off an SSRA named. I was just wondering if there was anything that is easier to obtain for 30ish monk.

Easy peasy, except I am fresh out of Base Prototypes. To make these I need to make a perilous journey to the Merchant in Plane of Innovation and buy Steel Casings. I could also use a fresh supply of Innovative Gears and Innovative Sprockets (dropped in PoI).

A few other neat things from Anizok (the merchant in POI by the way):
Anizok's Minimizing Device (20 charges of shrink; rechargable)
Anizok's Maximizing Device (20 charges of growth; rechargable)

My favorite gizmo though, has got to be the Throwing Knife Stamper...

Edit: heh trivial on Gauze Press is 262...might be a tad low but I'm game to try...50pp or thereabouts per try...

I got a knife in ToFS that summons bandages. Than I find out it's not monk class. Smiley: mad

I've got the same knife and here's a secret: when you hit <70% hp, the knife batteries mysteriously go dead Smiley: mad
