How to get a surename

I know I can have one above 20th i just don't find a tool to do it :(

btw - can two (or more) chars on the same server have the same surname? as I understand it the server uses only the original first name as the chars ID

i believe you can just use the /surname <yournamehere> command. be carefull though once you set it you cannot change it

Multiple characters can have the same surname. The GMs can change them to be the same when you get married, for example. I also know of a family that plays on my server, and all of their characters have the same surname.

I know that a GM will also remove a surname if you ask nicely. I found out my Chanter had the same last name as someone else in game when people kept asking if we were married. I petitioned to have it removed and a GM popped over and took it away.
