guild helpFollow

Hey all, Im a 55 almost 56 enchanter on stromm. I have been in the same small family guild from about the time I was lvl 6 or 7. Only problem is, the guild isnt very serious, and no one seems to care about raiding or improving the guild. My question is, what guilds on stromm are serious about playing and raidng and getting everyone advanced and flaged. Thats not as far along and some of the higher end guilds like, RoI, LSP, ect. I guess Im looking for a guild that is raiding force, and actually raids and wants to improve the guild and its members, but is just beginning their quest of becomming a high end guild. And by high end, I mean like making it to elmental planes ect. Any info will be much appreciated.
