error 0015Follow

Can anyone help me, I just bought evolution and when I go make a new account i get to the the screen where I enter the cd key and make a new name and enter my station ID. When I enter the station ID and pass it gives me the error 0015 password not correct or already choosen. I even tried making a new one and it still gives me that error.
