This quest is available during Phases 2, 3, and 4 during Carnival of the Ascended.

To begin this quest purchase any Medium Stakes Ticket for 2 0 0 from Binini at (6578, 6855) in Shimmersand. Right-click the ticket to begin the quest.

Wait for the Wheel of Fate to take its next spin and see if it lands on your number. On the PTS the reward for winning the medium stakes bet was 37 0 12 . If you lose the quest will disappear from your journal.
