you trade this in, to the npc, who gives you the rare/ex minerva's ring which gives 8% physical and magical damage reduction so begs the question... does breath weapon damage get mitigated? minerva's ring
this stuff does drop and u trade to NPC to get a earring i believe forget what it does though
AV has been defeated and this does drop from AV. Read some .dats
Exactly so why is this even listed under AV drops? AV probably doesn't even drop any of this crap.
