Adamantoise Soup

Crafting level : 74
Ingredients : * Crystal: Dark
Chicken Bone x1
Diatryma Meat x1
Distilled Water x1
Fiend Blood x1
Rock Salt x1
San d'Orian Flour x1
Tavnazian Ram Meat x1
Wild Onion x1
Used : Used to spawn Kurrea the monster that drop gilliard boots.
Average Price : <based on Carbuncle Server> 60-110k
Average Bought Price : <again based on Carbuncle server> 125-300k

chances are im betting, u'll go in the hole trying to make this for a profit, its a spawn item, therefore its price is varied depending on who needs it and how bad, two, its not Auction house based, therefore pricing once again is unclear, third, the ingredients for the most part are not AH based, leaving ingredients up to seller price, which is prob much more than profitable. ^^

this is from the best of my knowledge, some things could be incorrect, but i believe thats about it ^^
Info on the site still very limited.

I made 3 of these today, as a request of some higher level players. Info on the mob pop is still sketchy, and as of today, I have heard no news of the mob being beaten on our server.

The cost of ingredients on Odin is about 200K give or take, with about half of that cost going into the Tavnazian Ram Meat. I was able to go 3/3 with Cooking 97+1 so I am assuming its a craft item somewhere in the 80's or high 70's as far as skill level goes.

The problem with this item is that it isn't able to be listed on the AH, and neither are the two meat ingredients, so getting a value on this item is tough. I'll update this post if i get any more hard information.

Ram meat ropped off tavnazian rams in Lufaise.
These require a full PT of lvl 75s to beat, and can be quite a challenge sometimes (AoE petrify, and AoE Max HP downto about 300).
hmm

I made 3 today at 84+2 cooking (lvl 6 alchemy) and had 3 successes with no skillups. My guess is that its a lvl 70ish synth, just because that what my guess is; I really have no idea what it actually would be, but I'm assuming that it is somewhat high-level. Alchemy is probably not even required as a subskill.

anyone know what level cooking this is? I would like more recipes up in 99-100 range and hoping this is. I'll test it out when I get online tonight if I can get the ingredients.
Maybe not about alchemy
# Jul 21 2005 at 5:28 AM Rating: Decent
Maybe not about the alchemy. Eyeball soup requires Beastman Blood and it doesn't require alchemy.
Alchemy Sub

The fiend blood would make me think this requires an alchemy sub. I just need some Tavnazian Ram Meat and I'll be ready to make some.

I'll eat one but one thought I had is that this may be a pop item. (Like odorus knife or haku cluster.)

If so that'd be kinda sweet.

Maybe this requires Alchemy as a cooking sub? It does use a dark crystal like Majoram.

From the ingredients, there's nothing to do at all with turtles in it.
RE: Where is the name from?
# Jul 20 2005 at 4:39 PM Rating: Excellent
Yeah, just like in Real Life, the typical bowl of Turtle soup has no turtles in it at all. (Making Shredder's threat to the Teenage-mutant-ninja turtles very empty...)
RE: Where is the name from?
# Jul 20 2005 at 1:15 PM Rating: Good
Maybe it's the soup preffered by Adamantoises everywhere?

OMG This is the single most disgusting thing i've ever synthed. Even Carp sushi didn't look this bad, I'll make it though if anyone needs it on Kujata and has the ingredients drop me a line i'll let you know when I can do it.
