High Scion Bligne QUADS for 954, and it hits quite fast. It partially mitigates slow. Has around 50k HPs.
The biggest problem we had with it first of all was that it CHs itself repeatedly, and has a huge mana pool. Not only that though, but the surrounding mobs in adjacent rooms CH it too, making the fight with it extremely annoying and unnecessarily long. Thanks to all of the CHs, we had 300k parsed damage to it before it died.
Very poor risk vs reward in this in my opinion. Fighting a mob that puts out this much dps should grant better quality loot than a 50hp/50mana item. I doubt most groups capable of taking this mob down will even be able to use the loot as an upgrade.

Quads 913 on a warrior with 3% shielding. I only had to ch myself 3 times during the fight with my cleric as most of her hits landed for minimum. The constant healing of herself is annoying since she can't be stunned. Her dps is very low compared to mobs from zones like Tipt, Vxed, and MPG.

Killed this guy first day mm was live on quellious and he hit around 800... spends most of his time casting and is red to a 70
