Eyes of Kirathas and Eyes of Blackwater share "Lore" status.
You can have one mask or the other but not both.

If you attack the faction associated with the mask you are wearing/storing, it will break the spell and either mask poofs.
It's a small loss, about 53pp with the faction I got.

Also, if you already have aggro from a previous fight and wander back, you might re-aggro and lose your mask.
Best to zone or camp out and come back if you are unsure.

So don't attack Blackwater residents while wearing/holding Eyes of Blackwater.
Or
Don't attack the Elddar while wearing/holding Eyes of Kirathas.

A mysterious stranger will sell to you once you complete kirrathas and blackwater arcs, and the Every Rose Has Its Thorn task from him the following rank 3 SoF spells:

Ancestral Intervention, Aura of Endless Glamour, Aweshock, Burst of Morrow, Circle of Divinity, Hallowed Ground, Promised Recovery, Rune of Erradien, and Solarsilver

Circle of Divinity was 7552 pp. Sorry i did not get the prices of the others. Some were lower; some were higher.

Quests

I've been struggling through the process of doing these quests. I always enjoy the lore aspect of the game, and the battle between the Blackwater humans and Kirathas seemed interesting.

Firstly, the "Recycled Arms" quest has nothing to do with "a mysterious stranger," but I think it was placed on this page in error. However, the quest lines involving the Blackwaters and Kirathas have everything to do with this NPC. Upon hailing the stranger, this is what you see:

You say, 'Hail, a mysterious stranger'

a mysterious stranger says 'What exactly are you doing here, Froglok? Bah, never mind. I suppose you could ask me the same [question].'

You say, 'question'

a mysterious stranger says 'I've taken an interest in the past of the Hills of Shade and how it effects the present. The events that transpired here centuries ago were an important part of our history. In fact, you can see [echoes] of that history repeated again and again.'

You say, 'echoes'

a mysterious stranger says 'Have you noticed the poor fools that tread among the ghosts, attempting to save them? Doomed to failure, all of them. They'll become a part of Erollisi's [curse].'

You say, 'curse'

a mysterious stranger says 'It was a punishment devised by the goddess of love. The ghostly residents of Blackwater and Kirathas relive the events leading up to their demise, unaware of their ghastly fate. They make the same mistakes. They endure the same pain. They spill the same innocent blood. Of course, it's easy enough to judge them without having been there. With my wares you would be able to see the world from their [vantage]. However, be warned, many an adventurer has become trapped here, caught up in their endless conflict.'

You say, 'vantage'

a mysterious stranger says 'Perhaps you're different. Would you like to pick a side, Froglok? Take a look at my wares. And in the unlikely event that you see these events to completion without becoming mad, come speak to me of your [deeds].'
You say, 'deeds'

If you have not finished either side (Blackwaters or Kirathas) of the quest line, the stranger will not give any further information. However, upon completing the Blackwater quests, this is the information I received:

You say, 'deeds'
a mysterious stranger says 'Your efforts are admirable, Froglok. You have seen, firsthand, the destruction that the townsfolk of Kirathas wrought upon the humans that came to their lands. But there are two sides to every story. Look through the eyes of Blackwater and speak to Jarvis.'

This is the point of the quest that I'm to. If you notice, there's some confusion here. I received this text after finishing the Blackwater quest line, which begins with Jarvis, found here.

I'll try working through the Kirathas line now and see if there any additional text obtained from the mysterious stranger after finishing, as he quotes, both vantage points of this story.
