Task locks upon HA assignment. It appears that the collectibles are up at the start of the HA.
Use EQ Navigation and find zone connection Lxavnom. This will take you to a tomb. Click on it and select the adventure button to take you to your instance.

I got these 4 steps from EQ resources.


Step 1: There are two levels to this zone. The main level which you zone into and a basement, which you access by clicking on the throne in the room you zoned into. Areas that you can reach for one task when doing an HA may not be available for a different HA.

Main floor, straight west from where you zone into.

Off mobs in the basement.

•Bring the heads of some gross sounding things called a bubonians for a special customer. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•Gather religious texts for a special collector. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
The items were on the Bubonian mobs, main floor, in the caves to the north.

•Bring the heads of the servants of health for a special customer. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
Mobs in the basement.

•Scythes. Scythes are very popular in Neriak these days. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

Step 2:


•Gelatin for a customer. No, I didn't ask why they wanted diseased and corrupted gelatin 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•There is a person that makes candles in creepy skulls. Bring some creepy skulls 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•A client want fetid hides for making magical garments. Gross magical garments. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•A customer wants to play a weird joke on someone. Bring some huge rat tails. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•I've heard there are winged avatars of Health in there. Their feathers should fetch a fortune. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
They are in the basement.

•Maggots. Some old witch uses them medicinally, she said. For her cats. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•Some priest, stupid man, wants bandages from undead in Decay for some sort of healing thing. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
Main level, straight west from the zone in.

•Bring some unicorn horns. Those things are always valuable. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

•Bring some grumling toes for a special customer in Freeport. 0/4 (Ruins of Lxanvom)
These were on the Bubonian Mobs in the caves to the north, main level.

Grublus or its PH will spawns in various locations based on the HA you are given. Turn Grublus away from your group when you fight him or he will drain your mana.


Step 3:

•Speak to Mers about how it went. 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom)

Step 4:

•Open the chest 0/1 (Ruins of Lxanvom) This completes the HA.

Click on the crystal at the zone-in in Demiplane of Life which will give you option to go to your adventure. This will take you to your mission.

1 speak to Lashun Novashine near the source of the infection.

Hail Lashun for task update.

2 cleanse the area of corrupted inhabitants 0/10.

Kill 10 corrupted fragments/scouts/defenders/striders in the outer ring of the zone for updates.

3 collect samples of corrupted tissue from the dead wildlife 0/6.

These come off the dead corrupted.

4 deliver the corrupted tissue samples to Lashun Novashine.

Deliver the samples for update.

5 destroy the totems spreading corrupted and decay 0/6.

Kill the corrupted totems (large skulls) for updates. They are rooted to their spot.

6 kill Darwol Adan.

A large named mouse spawns in the middle of the mobs. He can be snared and should since he will run at low health. His chest spawns where he spawned.

7 rummage through Darwol's Bounty for anything useful.

Open chest to complete mission.
