This weekly quest is only available to skill level 300 Outfitters. It will create a Crafting Rift lure.

You need to craft one Witchweave Threading. Purchase this recipe from a Master Outfitter at skill level 300. It requires:

• 8 Bolt of Witchweave - created from Witchweave Cloth
• 6 Eternal Planar Dust - rift loot
• 4 Gilded Thread - purchased from an outfitter vendor
• 2 Steeled Leather - created from Ironhide

Rewards are one Outfitter's Plaque and a Rift Lure - Outfitter.
