Objectives:
  1. Break 20 cages in Castellum Phoenix
  2. Find Castellum Phoenix Guard

Rewards:

When you break a cage it will release a Spire Guard or Toiler Rifleman who will, in turn, kill mobs and break more cages but you get credit ONLY for those cages YOU break!
