Energy Bars are a limit on dungeon grinding. Dungeon runs cost Energy. Time passing restores your Energy, or participation in PvP and Events can earn Energy Bars so you can grind more.

The orange dial around your Portrait displays your current Energy as if Energy were minutes. So, if the dungeon you wanna run says it costs 31 Energy, that is 31 "minutes" from your Energy clock.

When doing a Dungeon for a quest, all Energy is refunded to you at the end of the run.
