You must be at least Level 22 to open or receive this quest. See Elyos 22 for more quests that can be started at this same level.

All quests reward XP but NCSoft is fond of changing the amounts frequently, to the point that it is simply not wise to try to track the exact amount in a wiki.

    Quest Notes

The Good News: Those dastardly Asmodians have it much worse than you do, as their quest, [Spy] There and Back Again, requires them to kill Armored Sparkles inside the Eltnen Fortress Entrance! Needless to say, there are not many of them that will live long enough to do this.

Now for the bad news. The mob you need to kill for this is in Morheim, in Asmodae, at a place called Patamor Ridge Path.

IF you have not yet finished the quest [Spy] Sonirim: Who Turned Over A New Leaf, you can kill two quests with one turn in, as Sonirim is still gonna send you to Morheim, again. Otherwise, you will need to wait for a Rift to open to get you to Morheim.

    The northeast quadrant of Morheim.
When you arrive in Morheim, assuming you let Sonirim send you again, you will be on a mountaintop just to the northwest of Morheim Ice Fortress. You will want to glide southeast to the Patamor Ridge Path and the Patamor Thicket, or west to Morheim Snow Field. Conserve your altitude as much as possible, gliding from peak to peak as much as you can, as this is NOT an Aether-rich area and you cannot fly here.

If you fly to the west, or if you arrive at a point other than the aforementioned mountaintop, Morheim Snow Field, Patamor Ridge Path, and Patamor Thicket are the areas directly adjacent to Morheim Ice Fortress, all of which is in the northeast corner of this zone's map. Of course, the Fortress is a quest hub so there will be plenty of Asmodians around to keep your life interesting.

All of this is visible in the map, right. The red "X" marks the mountaintop you arrive on.

A word of advice: get yourself a personal Kisk and drop it immediately upon entering Morheim so you do not have to find another Rift to get back there if something... unpleasant should happen.
