Incubator Issues
Incubator cleansing results in loss of DNA, enzymes, and project progress, and sets cooldown timer on incubator.
As the player receives an in-game warning that these consequences will result from cleansing their incubator, Customer Service will not provide any assistance for this issue. No materials will be reimbursed, and cooldown timers will not be reset.
Dropping a second incubator while one incubator session is already in progress disrupts the first incubator process.
As the player receives an in-game warning that only one incubator session may be in process at a time and that dropping a second incubator will disrupt any ongoing incubator processes, Customer Service will not provide any assistance of any kind for this issue.
The player cannot commit the third incubator session because they spent all their points on the previous sessions. This results in loss of enzymes and other materials.
As the lost enzymes cannot be replaced by CS and are easily obtainable through in-game methods and no loss of DNA results from a failure to commit to the third session, CS will not provide any assistance for this issue in terms of replacing any losses.
Eggs or stuffed pre-NGE pets left in structures are being hatched or converted to DNA by people on the admin list for that structure.
Any player caught hatching or converting a pet to DNA will lose the hatched pet or DNA. If removing the stolen DNA involves aborting an incubator session the player is not due any reimbursement for losses. The first theft will result in a 3-day suspension for the thief, with subsequent thefts escalating as normal from there. Hatched pets cannot be restored to egg form. At the GM's discretion and if the original owner wishes, the hatched pet can be transferred from the thief's datapad to the original owner's if the pet is a mount. For all other types of pets the DNA from which the pet was created may be reimbursed to the owner. Hatched pets will not be transferred to any datapad other than the owner's. These services will be provided on a one-time basis to the original owner. After that the owner is expected to exercise more care over their building's admin list and storage of eggs and stuffed pets.
