I tried to get some help via the Support and Services in Playonline. They told me to go to www.playonline.com and do a web chat with support. But that's only between 9am and 6pm Pacific time. I'm going to give it a try and keep everyone posted. These support hours are horrible!

I was hearing about people getting stuck and having login problems. I was fine, until Friday night...
I walk into Heaven's Tower to start BLM AF1 Quest. The area never fully loads and my connection slowly drops. I can log back in, but the same thing happens. I can't move or do anything and I get a server timeout error. I have two other characters on the same account. No problems logging in or zoning so far. I just want to play my main again. :(

Im getting really pissed off now.. after every update something seems to go wrong. For the last few days ive been disconnecting when i enter certain zones.. ive been able to get back on after restarting my modem but i know some ppl cant play at all =(
Any way now i cant even get on to ffxi it will start loading up and get as far as "aquiring final fantasy XI server data" then it will get stuck.

I hope they fix this problem soon!

yeh i entered the holla crag to start a promy and what do i get... disconnect... hopefully it get fixed asap!!
