TEMPORARY Changes to Disease

Straight from the developers: The recent changes to disease spells to increase their effectiveness in RvR have unfortunately made them too powerful in PvE combat. For the time being, these spells have had their effectivness reduced in value to their pre-1.50 patch levels. We are also aware that the snare component (i.e. the movement reduction) of disease spells is currently not working. In next week's patch, we will fix these spells to make them, as intended, to be more effective in RvR combat, but not be so overpowered against monsters. We will also fix their movement reduction so they will once again snare. The following spells have been updated: Cabalist 3 Cursed Vigor 15 Cursed Spirit 24 Cursed Soul 34 Cursed Vitality 44 Cursed Essence Shaman 5 Sickening Spores 16 Infectious Spores 27 Fevering Spores 37 Festering Spores 47 Plague Spores 27 Mold Cloud 37 Mold Burst 47 Mold Explosion Eldritch 6 Entropic Affliction 16 Entropic Sickness 27 Entropic Illness 37 Entropic Disease 47 Entropic Pestilence Assassin Poisons 4 Minor Infectious Serum 16 Lesser Infectious Serum 26 Infectious Serum 38 Major Infectious Serum 48 Greater Infectious Serum Sanya here - the short version is we're reverting those spells back to where they were pre-1.50, and early next week, you will see them working better than ever in RVR, and slightly better in PVE, but not as over the top as they were yesterday. I'm going to stop talking now before I stop making sense.
