Straight from Jeff Hickman on 05.09.02, a few items you might want to know the answers to. Here is some more information on the Realm Skill Point reset and Customer Supports involvement. Q. How is the reset of Realm Skill Points going to work? A. Everyone's realm skills will be cleared simultaneously so none remain on your character. We will then reset all of your points so you have all points that you deserve depending on your realm rank. We have a target date of next Tuesday to do this. All of these changes will be done programatically, with no CSR intervention. Q. Will Customer Support or a CSR be able to reset my Skill Points for me? A. No. Customer Support is always here to help you with any problems that you may have, but we will not be reseting realm skill points on an individual basis. This will be done for everyone simultaneously (and will be announced on the Herald, and in a patch message) - we have a target date of next Tuesday to do this. Any appeals related to realm skill point resets will be closed, with an e-mail sent to the customer telling them that this has occured. Thank you all for your patience with this. Feel free to spend your realm skill points this weekend, and try out the skills available to you - they will all be reset next week. :)
