Pendragon Back With Gaheris Ruleset

- New post: The test server is now up with the Gaheris ruleset. PLEASE NOTE: We wanted to leave the consignment merchants up in Pendragon's housing zones, but that meant we had to leave the NPC porters in the housing zones as well, since they're connected. DO NOT USE THEM TO PORT TO "ENEMY" CITIES or you will die horribly by the guards.
Old post: We're having some random drama with Pendragon at the moment - the change to the Gaheris ruleset did something fruity to the zone access permissions, and people can't zone anywhere but the capital cities. We'll have it back ASAP.
