EQCSR-Justin, from the Technical Help forum, is busy at it again trying to make things better for you. See below about the bug in the Everquest.exe and what you need to do to repair it. As previously stated, due to a bug that was fixed in EverQuest.exe 1.0.18, a small percentage of our users may have problems updating at “EverQuest.exe_delta” or “_verQuest.exe” from the mini patcher window. They’d receive a popup that says something like: “Error downloading Patcher files. Please rerun Everquest.exe” The upside is that this has been fixed and upgrading to future versions of the patcher should be a smooth transition. The solution for current users is to download the latest from http://everquest.station.sony.com/support/EverQuest.zip Extract it to your EverQuest directory and rerun the executable.
