I've been meaning to ask this for a while.

Take this update for example: Grass thread and cotton thread are listed under new recipes... and then again under updated redipes. I've synthed both these things before so they can't be new, and if they were new... how could they be updated recipes. You can't update something that doesn't exsist.

What am I missing here?

I updated the old recipe's yields, which are all messed up due to us implementing numbers for each HQ#. There was a new recipe added for the spinning key item.

There's a new recipe for those. There is existing recipes, yes, but this update gave a new recipe, hence New Recipe.

Plus, the recipe for it was update, so updated recipe also, I supposed.

Apparantly there was a POL update--I found this out when I logged on and had to download 9 files. I had to update FFXI yesterday as well, anyone know what this was about? I didn't see any warnings for the updates.

Edit: Hmm, well I see them in the viewer now, but I didn't see them previously (yes, I do check) and it would be nice if this stuff showed up before I logged in (I do realize that the warning for PC users having errors was up but they could have two warnings show up).
