More Relic Problems?

If there was a relic problem, Mythic has resolved it according to Jeff from the Camelot Herald. Gratz to the Hibbies on both servers. We want to address the issues that happened in the last 24 hours on Galahad and Palomides. In both cases, a relic was captured and on its way to its new home, when due to various issues the relic was reset back to its starting location. I want to be very clear about our stance on Relics and RvR issues. In general, we will not get involved in any issues involving problems with Relic captures. These issues are so complex, that it is almost impossible for us to come to a conclusion that is fair for everyone involved. Therefore, we have a policy of no interference in ALL such issues and treat everyone exactly the same. If these types of issues are appealed, a CSR will not be able to address the issue, but will need to report the issues to the developers and management for review of any problems that can be fixed within the game-code. We will examine all issues that are reported to us, and fix any problems that arise within the game-code itself. There may be rare instances where we determine that due to the nature of the problem, we should involve ourselves in a Relic capture. These determinations are based on examination of the details of the problem, logs, and determination of problems within the game code. Two such occurrences have happened in the last 24 hours. Due to the nature of the problems that occurred with the capture of the relics on Galahad and Palomides, and because of several problems that we have discovered while looking at the logs, we have decided to involve ourselves in this rare instance. The Relics on both of these servers will be given to the capturing team (Hibernia in both cases), as we have determined that they indeed had captured these relics, and would have enshrined them in their appropriate keeps.
