If you are still experiencing a crash to desktop please do the following: Make sure you are logged out of Star Wars Galaxies completely Go to your Star Wars Galaxies folder Open "Profiles" Open the login folder for the account that is crashing to desktop Rename the profile folder for the Galaxy that you can't login to (you can name it anything you want) WARNING: You will lose any customizations you have made for the UI as a side effect. Start Star Wars Galaxies as you normally would and this should fix the crash to desktop.
