TaManX of the Official SWG Forums recently posted some of his personal artwork and I thought that I would share it with the community!

*awesome feedback, it's extremely encouraging to receive so many positive responses. thank you so much.
as for those of you asking about prices, i really have no idea, i made it as a challenge to myself and
not with a sale in mind. however it's something i'll look into soon. there's a big joint american/australian
convention of glass artists coming up in south australia in may (a lot of american glass artists and
collectors will be hitting our shores Down Under), until then i'll find it difficult to find time to
make more, as i have 3 exhibitions coming up to make work for. after this i'll see about nutting out some
more and addressing your requests.
thanks again for your responses
*i've had a few PMs on the dimensions on the piece and a couple of other questions , i should have included that
in the original post in the first place
height to the tip of the tail is 8cm and the length is 16cm
the piece is solid, not hollow, so technically it's not blown as such, although it's possible
for me to make a hollow one being solid lends it a little more weight
the glass is borosilicate glass, which is a kind of glass used in scientific lab-
ware because of it's low expansion under heat (ie it's less likely to break due to thermal shock)
the colour is not paint, it's all coloured glass, which i import from the states
(it saves time compared to making it myself)
hope that answers your questions
cheers
