The official release date for Publish 10 has been announed by the devs:

We are polishing Publish 10, as well as implementing some of your feedback on how much Holocredit you receive. In order for this publish to be in the state it needs to be in, we are going to hold it in Test throught the weekend. Publish 10 will go Live next Tuesday, 8/31. -g[
