A Jetpack Almost Crafted!

Not too long ago a group of explorers made their way into the DWB with their goals set on crafting the first player-made Jetpack. The jetpack was nearly within their grasp when the crafting terminal bugged out and told the group that they had run out of time shortly after it told their crafter that he had 30 seconds to complete the process. To read the full story either read the official post or read on. IdeJder wrote: FIRST JETPACK CRAFTED... ...if the process wasnt bugged. So... We set out to get this jetpack like many others. We spend a LOT of time and cash in the Death Watch Bunker. Finally paydirt. The Alum Minerals and Binary Liquid Protective Liquid Coating The Jetpack STABILIZER (Which we have had since the third day of the dungeon ) So we make our way down there. We get into the room with our DE. Can't use the Jetpack Crafting Terminal. You need a Master Artisan to use this terminal. Bah. We exit, get our guild's master Artisan, and venture back down. We get to the bottom within 20 minutes, the DE opens the door, and the Artisan checks the Jetpack Crafting Droid. He drops all the compoents onto the droid. Ducted Fan, Injector Tank, Fuel-Dispersion Unit, Alum Minerals, Jetpack Base, Jetpack Stabilizer. WHAT IS THIS So we get booted out of the room. No jetpack. No Components. We are out millions of credits and countless hours. We are PISSED. We want an answer from a CSR Supervisor and/or Pex himself. This is OUTRAGOUS that the Development team bragged about the DWB and showed off the Jetpack and the process is BROKEN. We are totally speechless. Several of our members might quit over this, as its a last straw for them in this game. I dont know what to say, I am so mad. The CSR in chat has ignored us, so now we share this story of SOE's failure with you all. I hope this gets the attention of the Devs/Mods.

And the Devs Response: Our apologies that this did not work the second time through. Our QA staff is currently trying to recreate this. You will be reimbursed the components, but not a working Jetpack. As soon as we have an understanding of what went wrong, CS will get back in touch with you. Thanks, - g Official Post

I believe it's your browser TenchiDD. Try running a program such as Lavasoft's Ad-Aware. Might fix your problem.
