Pre-Order Chains of Promathia

I wanted to remind you that purchasing the expansion through our partner EBgames.com gets you a free 30 day premium membership to the site, or if you are already a premium member, you can use your exclusive 10% coupon on this game. In addition, we have a really nice new offer for those who are going to purchase Chains of Promathia. Now you can order through EBgames.com, specify your local EB Games store (just put in your zip code and it will tell you where the nearest one is), pick the game up there and still receive a coupon for a free 30 day premium membership to our site. This means you pay no shipping, get the game the day it is released right at your local EB Games store, and also get 30 days free premium access to our site. I guarantee you that no other offer gives you this combination with your game. If you were planning on reserving a copy somewhere anyways, why not use this method and try out all of our extra premium features for a month? (Unfortunately, because of the extra costs associated with store sales, the 10% coupon still only applies to games that are shipped to you). To purchase the game for local pickup, use the link below to order the game and proceed to checkout. Choose no where it asks if you want it shipped to your billing address and then on the next page select the store you want to pick the game up at. It will be there for you the day of release. Oh and you will also get the coupon if you choose the shipping options, so if you don't want to pick it up, just have it shipped to you and you will still get 30 days free access. Please use this link to order.

it may be farfetched, but the PS2 expansion very well may be a download that requires pay confirmation, unless PC disks are compatible with the PS2's OS.

I forget.. Did the Zilhart expansion for the PS2 have a separate disk, or was it already installed on the HDD?

It was already installed on the HDD, all that was used was the one disk that it came with. Just FYI

That's not very nice to insult Dylong. If you don't have anything nice to say, dont't say anything at all.
People make me ashamed to play this game...

Hasn't anyone realized that the two platforms are interconnected? More over, hasn't anyone realized the HDD isn't a proprietary disk even? It uses the same connections that a PC disk uses, but it has the PS2 OS on it. Ya can install more stuff to it, folks. Hence the name "EXPANSION" pack, not "Remove your hard drive and get reemed out of another $100".
well..

you're an idiot, and have no right to be called a scholar if u cant even figure this out p.s. no they wont make u pay another $100(square-enix may be greedy but not stupid, they'd lose alot of business doing it that way)it'll prolly be around 30 bucks and will not be on a download...why, u ask!!! because u have to have registration #'s to operate all of the games and it's too unsafe to give people reg #'s online, thus u will have to leave ur house for once, open ur eyes, pick off the dingleberries and go to an actual store, whether ur PC or PS2

No, we should be able to buy the PS2 version and simply load it on the hard drive. It has plenty of space left. I have the PS2 and PC versions and to my surprise, the PS2 version reports that it eats up something like 10-15 Gigs of space on the drive. I was like wtf because the PC version sure doesn't take that much. I am curious to see when they will start selling the PS2 version as well. I read a news release on that subject (http://www.ebgames.com/ebx/product/media/relatedmedia.asp?pf_id=243301&element_id=A6097981) and it said SE would release the PC version in Japan and NA at the same time and if they could, they would like to do the same for the PS2. It might be the case that the PS2 version lags behind a bit. I would imagine it would be hard to simultaneously release on 2 platforms in 2 languages and have it all be on time.
