A nice thought but if we did anything really special for the holidays I can imagine that a lot of people would say we were focusing on the wrong things. :)
I think the best holiday gift we can give our players is all the work we are doing on the game over the next few weeks. Hopefully there it won't be a coal-filled stocking. :)
on an issue with relic raids:

We have already apologized for this error and we did so immediately after it happened. And contrary to some opinions expressed here, I also apologized for the problem with the archer's critical shot in my second post in that thread. However, since some of you feel it is necessary to "pile on" after a company recognizes it made a mistake, apologizes for that mistake and is in discussions about how it happened and what to do about it, here's another opportunity.
We're sorry that there was a bug in the game that prevented the raiders from leaving the keep with their hard-won prize at hand. We had tested this before it went LIVE but somehow in the translation to LIVE it was messed up. We are truly sorry for what happened last night and want to make sure that it is not repeated again. Once again, please accept our apologies.
