Turbine reveals their newest champion in a Champion Profile.

Turbine has revealed a new champion in the Infinite Crisis universe: Harley Quinn. Harley Quinn is classified as Ranged Support who "heals for thrills and crowd controls for thrills". This is currently the only variation of the champion, and she wields these five skills below:

BFFs (Passive) - Grants attack and move speed boosts to herself and the nearest ally.
Pies - Ranged power damage that hits multiple targets; prioritizes champions.
Back Off - Melee attack damage with knockback; adds attack damage if target hits wall.
Best Medicine - Heals target ally or drone.
Puddin' Time - Deals power damage in a cone shape (approx. 60°); briefly stuns targets.

I found it quite endearing that Harley Quinn skips for her movement; that’s a rather thoughtful tweak. It was also nice to hear the narrator quite pleased with Harley’s concept, nearly giggling the entire video. The more we see of Infinite Crisis, the more excited we are.
