Expect a one hour downtime for US servers in the morning.

All EQII Servers will come down on Wednesday, April 10, at 7:00 am Pacific Time (3:00 pm London Time) for an update. The expected downtime for US servers is one hour; the expected downtime for EU servers is 2 hours.

Here are the update notes:

GENERAL
Mercenaries no longer take a split of the coin in a group.

ITEMS
The damage of Elemental Eruption and Elemental Detonation can now only trigger once.

always wondered why a merc should get paid twice. after all, i pay him every few minutes. why should he also get a share of my earnings?

That's been a huge sticking point for a lot of people since Mercs were released. After all, you don't see the cashier at the store taking their full paycheck AND a portion of every sale they make.
Bout time they put some logic into this. :3
