We have applied the following fix to all servers today:

• The Default quickbar locations have been swapped for newly created characters. The standard quickbar is now situated horizontally at the top-left corner of the screen and the second quickbar (Alt modifier) is situated vertically on the left side of the screen.


• The Tooltip Delay has been set to OFF for newly created characters. This can be changed via the in-game options.
