As of right now... the game is back up after the hotfix. However, the quests were NOT added. The decorations are all there in Merry Vale, and most of the items have been added to the store... but Cudip is a no-show.
There's Snow Days and Birthday decorations in Snowhill; Valentine and Birthday in Merry Vale; Halloween and Birthday in Sanctuary; Birthday decorations in Bristlewood, Wugachug, Seaside, and Blackspore.
Looks like someone just flipped the "all decorations on" switch. :P

The Festival of Hearts Returns!
Explore an ancient tale of love in Merry Vale.
The annual Festival of Hearts returns to Free Realms tomorrow! February 7 through March 8 players can enjoy an event centering around the premise of love and friendship. The town of Merry Vale will be transformed into a magical place infused with the power of love.
An eleven part quest series is the center of this event, telling the story of two lovers who were seperated, one becoming jaded in time, the other waiting the return of her true love. Featuring this one-of-a-kind pixie love story, the Festival of Hearts is a time of love, joy and friendship. Players will be treated to Valentine's Day-themed environments and invited to participate in quests to earn special Valentine's Day items, including heart blocks and petals from the Heart Flower.
