- TRIALS OF ATLANTIS WORLD NOTES
Volcanus Quests
- Magical Ingredients: Alchemist Yilanna will now ask for the lava bug carapace after taking the Fiery Orb.
Encounters - General
- Greater Criosphinxes will now chase characters around the lava pits near their spawn point.
- Possessive dust devils have had their spell removed and will follow characters into the water to fight them on the water surface. Players will need to get out of their melee range or submerge in order to get the possessive dust devils to return to their home point.

Stygia Encounters
- Colossal can no longer be charmed.
Dungeons
- All Apophian challenge rooms will now properly depopulate after each encounter is completed.
- Your "Volurgon of Volcanus", "Destroyers", "the Shaitan" and "Fires of Hephaestus" factions will be reset barely negative if they are in the positive when you enter Deep Volcanus or when you cross the lava bridge. This will help folks complete the trial encounters that require negative faction who had built up positive faction prior to yesterday's faction changes.
Artifact Updates
- Apprentice Alice will now mention Friars as a class who can use the Cyclops Eye Shield.
- Clerics may now activate the Maddening Scalars Gloves.
Aten's Shield (Midgard)
- We have fixed the bug that was preventing Warriors and Thanes from turning in Remus' Story and activating Aten's Shield. Players that have already turned in Aten's Shield and now have the Aten's Shield quest in their pending list should return to Loremaster Jorian or Loremistress Agneta and turn in Remus' Story to receive their activated Aten's Shield.
Aten's Shield (Albion)
- We have fixed a bug that was causing Minstrels, Infiltrators, and Scouts to receive the Eerie Darkness Stone for Hibernia when they tried to activate Aten's Shield. These three classes should return to Scholar Ailigean or Scholar Leron to trade in their Eerie Darkness Stone for the correct artifact, Aten's Shield.
Belt of Oglidarsh
- Players will now be able to turn in the activated Belt of Oglidarsh for one that did not lose condition. However, doing this will mean that the belt will lose all experience that was earned on it. The NPCs who will perform this trade in are:
Albion: Scholar Margoria, Scholar Colene
Midgard: Loremistress Tyraa, Loremaster Torolf
Hibernia: Sage Darragh, Sage Kelleigh
Item Notes
- (EDITED) The reactive proc on the Guard of Valor has been modified to proc two different DOT spells which will stack.
- The Nailah's Diary, page 3 of 3 scroll has been moved to more accessible monsters.
